Sarah Beachkofsky-Moore is a 15+ year veteran of public education and athletics. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Lowcountry Hospitality Education at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. She holds a Bachelor of Public & Corporate Communications from Butler University and a Masters in Athletic Administration and Coaching from Concordia University Irvine.

Beachkofsky-Moore began her unique career path playing Division 1 softball at Butler University. She was awarded the prestigious Mountbatten Fellowship and studied International Business Finance at Cambridge University. She soon became the first corporate human resource intern with UBS in London. After the terror attacks in London, she relocated to New York City with UBS and served as the Director of the Graduate Training Program and as a Client Relations Manager for UBS Investment Bank. Her background on Wall Street working among the sharks prepared her for public education.

Over the past 15 years, Beachkofsky-Moore has served in a variety of capacities in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Her background in athletics and educational training opened her up to a unique blend of positions. While teaching middle school and subsequently high school, she has served as an Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, Director of the All-American Football Camp and is currently the Director of Football Operations at Hilton Head Island High School in addition to her work with UCSB.
