Lesli Ott is the Founder & CEO of Menther, a technology company and digital platform helping to empower and advance women globally through female mentorship matching and support. She is an applied economist, data scientist, and full-stack software developer with a passion for using data-driven technology to create scalable business solutions that address social issues.
Prior to founding Menther, Lesli built and led data and technology teams at Google spin-out and health-tech unicorn Cityblock Health and recently-acquired health-tech startup Remedy Partners. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in data and technology at Yale University and the Federal Reserve. She is also a founding member of Chief, a private women’s network focused on connecting and supporting executive-level female leaders. Lesli holds Master’s degrees in both Economics and Mathematics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
