Andrew Brochu is the owner and operator of Brochu’s Family Tradition. Named by The New York Times and Bon Appétit as one of 2023’s Best New Restaurants, Brochu’s has been celebrated for its playfully nuanced food and boisterous atmosphere. The son of a lifelong restaurant professional, Andrew learned hospitality from a young age before moving to Chicago, where he spent years developing his craft as a chef. Andrew co-owns Brochu’s with his wife, Sophie, and is a new father to a baby girl named Roux.
